CAN ALL HELPERS PLEASE MEET ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD ON SATURDAY MORNING 24TH MAY FOR SETTING UP FROM 9.00 A.M. ALL STALL HELPERS PLEASE TURN UP TO FIELD FROM 12 NOON ON MONDAY 26TH MAY.
The Gala committee decided to hold the 2008 gala on the village football field - bringing it back into the village and making it more manageable. This does mean, however, that there is no room for a car boot sale this year.
There will be a family pet show; musical entertainment; bar and barbecue, teas and cakes, and ince creams, races welly wanging, lots of stalls and NEW FOR 2008 BUNGEE TRAMPOLINE.
There will be car parking on the gala field.
We still need volunteers to join the organising committee and helpers over the bank holiday weekend.
Whatever help you can give in any of the following capacities will be gratefully accepted.

Setting up the field
Transporting tables and chairs etc
Erecting tents
directing visitors/car parking
Gate monies
Stallholding
litter collecting
Clearing up
